Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer New Delhi

Beta College is scaling its academic offerings and seeking expert Contract Curriculum Developers / Instructional Designers to build institutional-grade courseware for recent programs.

Track A: Diploma in Cyber Security

Track B: Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing and Development

Track C: Advanced Diploma in Skilled Interior Design and Decoration

Core Deliverables (Required for All Tracks)

For each assigned module, the developer will produce a comprehensive digital learning package:

Interactive Lecture Slides (PPTs): Visually engaging slide decks built on modern multimedia learning principles, complete with comprehensive, ready-to-deliver instructor notes.

Core Reading Materials: Explicit, "chunked" academic reading text, student reference guides, and real-world industry case studies (500–1,500 words per unit).

Robust Question Banks: Mapped evaluation tools including diagnostic, formative (quizzes), and summative (final exam) items, complete with rigorous answer keys and rationales.

Compensation & Project Scope

Volume: ~10 core modules per program (~60 to 100 hours per module | ~1,000 total hours per track).

Payment Structure: Milestone-based flat project fees or competitive hourly contract rates based on institutional experience.
