Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for a Credit Underwriter position in Delhi for a 6-month full-time assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and profit & loss accounts.
• Evaluate credit proposals and assess borrowers' creditworthiness.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and repayment capacity analysis.
• Review financial ratios, credit history, and supporting documents.
• Identify potential financial risks and discrepancies.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and underwriting recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support credit decisions.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
