Creative Strategy & Content Lead

At KD vs KG, we've helped 10,000+ women across 7+ countries transform their health through sustainable fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

We're looking for a Creative Strategy & Content Lead to work directly with our Founder and drive the thinking behind our marketing.

This is not a graphic design, video editing or social media management role.

What You'll Do

• Understand customer psychology and buying behaviour.
• Conduct customer research and analyse sales calls.
• Develop creative strategies for Meta Ads, Instagram and YouTube.
• Write ad scripts and creative briefs.
• Plan content themes and campaign ideas.
• Guide marketing agencies with creative direction.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Content Strategy or Performance Marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of consumer psychology.
• Experience with Meta Ads.
• Prior experience in Health, Fitness, Wellness, Coaching, D2C or Education is a plus.
