Creative Designer — Print & Digital

We’re hiring a versatile Creative Designer to create print and digital materials for US-based clients. The ideal candidate can take a project from a client brief through to polished digital assets or production-ready print files.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, banners, signage, and business cards.
• Create exhibition booth designs, including wall graphics, display panels, and other large-format artwork.
• Design printed product labels according to brand and production specifications.
• Design and lay out data sheets, technical sheets, white papers, presentations, and other client documents.
• Create social media posts, campaign graphics, and reusable email templates.
• Adapt designs across print and digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Use AI design tools to explore concepts and develop visual assets, then review and refine the work before delivery.
• Communicate directly with US-based clients to understand briefs, discuss concepts, present work, and manage feedback.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, trim, resolution, color settings, fonts, and export specifications. Review proofs and resolve artwork issues.

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year professional design course at a college or design institute.
• At least five years of professional design experience at a reputable design agency.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience in print and digital design, including print production files.
• Strong practical ability with current AI-assisted design tools.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate directly with US-based clients.
• A portfolio showing relevant print, exhibition, social media, and email design work.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
