Designers collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, copywriters, and clients to turn brand briefs into visually arresting, results-driven creative that sparks conversation and drives growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design high-impact visuals for integrated ad campaigns — social, web, print, video, and OOH — from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to develop brand-aligned, culturally resonant visual narratives.
• Translate complex brand messaging into clean, compelling layouts that drive engagement and conversion.
• Adapt designs across formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and external clients with clear rationale and storytelling.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging platforms, and creative tools to continuously elevate output quality.
