Greywell Penton Talent is hiring a Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs Duty Solicitor for Food Production in Gauripur, Dhubri district. This is a part time position.

What you will do

• Advise internal teams on legal risk in terms they can act on commercially.
• Support regulatory investigations and manage the disclosure process.
• Maintain privilege and confidentiality across all communications.
• Maintain corporate records and support board governance.
• Negotiate settlements where litigation is not the better outcome.
• Supervise trainees and junior lawyers on live matters.
• Draft policies and deliver training that changes behaviour, not just paperwork.
