We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Events Manager to take ownership of end-to-end B2B corporate event operations, from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.

What will you do?

• Plan and execute B2B corporate events, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
• Manage event logistics, venue setup, production, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and production partners.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, quotations, and service quality.
• Prepare event budgets, cost sheets, and financial documentation.
• Track event deliverables, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Drive post-event reporting, feedback analysis, and process improvements.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in event operations, production, or corporate event management.
• Strong expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders independently.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
