Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Employee Engagement Specialist to design, develop, and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, workplace culture, collaboration, and overall employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning corporate engagement activities, managing employee communication, organizing events, driving employee recognition programs, and partnering with HR and business leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Corporate HR, or HR Operations.
• Proven experience in designing and executing corporate employee engagement programs.
• Strong event management, planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting and presentation tools.
• Experience with employee engagement surveys, feedback analysis, and HR metrics is preferred.
