Job Summary

We are looking for a Core Java Microservices Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Multithreading, Concurrency, Memory Management, Threads, I/O, Networking, and Microservices Architecture.

The candidate should have strong technical depth in Java and experience developing scalable, high-performance applications. Candidates with telecom domain experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust Java-based applications and microservices.
• Develop high-performance solutions using Core Java, multithreading and concurrency.
• Work extensively with threads, synchronization, memory management and Java I/O.
• Develop applications involving networking and communication protocols.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architecture.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, memory and concurrency-related issues.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and resource utilization.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and other engineering teams.
• Follow coding standards, development best practices and software engineering processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 8 years of software development experience with strong Core Java expertise.
• Strong hands-on programming experience beyond basic Java development.
• Excellent understanding of multithreading, concurrency, threads and memory management.
• Good knowledge of I/O and networking concepts.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistent academic and professional background.
• Candidates with stable career progression and reasonable tenure in previous organizations are preferred.
• Telecom domain experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates who can join within 20 days to 1 month are preferred.
