Role Description The Copywriter and Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, the professional will craft clear, compelling copy for websites, social media, campaigns, and personal branding assets, aligned with each client’s voice and goals. The role includes developing content and brand strategies, planning editorial calendars, and collaborating with designers and account managers to execute integrated digital marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve researching client industries and audiences, conceptualizing and refining messaging, optimizing content for digital channels, and analyzing performance to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting skills for web, social media, email, and campaigns, with an ability to adapt tone and style to different personal and business brands.
• Experience in brand and content strategy, including audience research, positioning, and planning content roadmaps for digital platforms.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives and storytelling that supports personal branding and business objectives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO basics, social media marketing, and performance-oriented content creation.
• Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in copywriting, content strategy, or branding; agency or personal branding studio experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
