As the Lead Engineer for the Gemini Enterprise for Conversational Experience (GE:CX), candidate will be responsible for creating the human-like, conversational experience for customers who place orders over the phone/chat. You will use the current Google Cloud GE:CX Conversational AI platform to design, build, and deploy a sophisticated voice/chat agent capable of understanding natural language, validating information in real-time, and capturing complex order details. Expectation Deep Understanding in Gemini Enterprise for Conversation Experience (GE-CX), Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow CX, Agentic, Playbook, Next Gen,Vertex AI, other relevant AI/ML APIs, Prompt Engineering Worked on the identification, design, and implementation of use cases for GCP Agents in contact centers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Robust proficiency in Python for developing and deploying AI applications -Proven ability to consume and integrate REST APIs within conversational agents for real-time data exchange. Exposure to Gen AI & ML and hands on experience will be plus Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pan India Selection Criteria - 2 Technical rounds & 1 Managerial round Notice Period - Less than 30 Days
