• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCT Collaboration (Core Knowledge), or progress toward CCNP Collaboration.
• Experience configuring Cisco CUBE, routers, or SBCs for SIP trunking.
• Familiarity with Webex Dedicated Instance, CUCM, or hybrid calling architectures.
• Experience with number porting, PSTN integrations, or E911 setup. (Installation & Setup, Implementation, configuring, Modernization)
• Exposure to automation or scripting (Python, REST APIs).
• Prior experience in a Cisco partner, systems integrator, or implementation services role.
