About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can plan, create, manage, and scale content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands how content drives brand growth, engagement, and conversions, and can build content systems rather than just individual posts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Create content frameworks, campaign ideas, and storytelling angles that resonate with target audiences.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Manage and organize content using CMS platforms and digital publishing tools.
• Analyze content performance and implement improvements based on insights and data.
• Develop content distribution strategies to maximize organic reach and visibility.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form content, and audience psychology.
• Ability to turn business goals into content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with marketing, design, and content teams.
