About the Role

We are looking for a creative, curious and execution-oriented Content Strategist Intern who can help us turn ideas, expertise and everyday business activities into engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.

This is not just a social media posting job.

You will be involved in content research → strategy → ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing → analytics.

The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and eventually become a customer.

What You Will Do

Content Strategy

• Research competitors, audiences and trends
• Identify high-potential content topics
• Develop weekly/monthly content themes
• Create content calendars
• Develop strong hooks and content angles
• Study what's working and recommend improvements

Content Creation

• Write short-form video/Reel scripts
• Assist during content shoots
• Create Instagram Reels and Shorts
• Design basic Canva carousels/posts
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces
• Assist with captions, titles and CTAs

Content Research

• Track trending formats and topics
• Research customer questions and pain points
• Build a database of hooks and content ideas
• Analyse competitor content

Analytics

• Track views and reach
• Monitor watch time
• Track saves and shares
• Analyse engagement
• Monitor profile visits and leads
• Identify winning content and recommend the next experiments

You Should Be

• Highly curious
• Creative but analytical
• A good researcher
• Strong in communication
• Comfortable with Hindi/Hinglish and English
• Comfortable using Instagram and YouTube
• Familiar with Canva
• Familiar with basic video editing
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Obsessed with understanding why content works
