Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 16,500,000 VND/month ~$580/month
• Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month
• 100% salary during the 2-month probation period

Job Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, audio) in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that does not comply with guidelines
• Escalate complex or policy-related cases to relevant teams
• Monitor trends and provide feedback on content patterns and potential risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Punjabi
• Good command of English (verbal and written, able to participate in interviews)
• Familiarity with regional language usage, cultural context, and online trends
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week (2 days off)
• Rotational shifts (24/7) arranged by the Team Leader
• 9 hours per shift (including 1.5 hours break)
