Job Brief

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across social media channels. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our social media presence, creating long-form content, and using digital dashboards to measure and improve our performance.

Responsibilities

Social Media Copywriting & Design: Develop social media content and design to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Digital Dashboards: Use Excel or Google Sheets to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Skills

4 years of experience in handling Social Media Channels and Creating Long-form Content

Ability to rapidly grasp intricate technical concepts and articulate them in written form.

Capable of producing thoroughly researched articles with relevant citations and references

Exceptional written skills in English. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Can use Photoshop, Premiere, and Canva to create Social and Website Creatives

Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and digital marketing analytics.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
