Content Marketing Specialist - Refine India

We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own the words and the presence behind Refine India's brand. This role is based in our Hyderabad, India office. You'll write the copy behind every piece of marketing material the design team produces, and you'll run Refine India's social media channels from end to end, keeping the tone sharp, current, and consistent everywhere it shows up.

What You'll Do

Copywriting

Write the copy for all of Refine India's marketing materials, including factsheets, digital marketing assets, and other communications produced by the design team

Adapt tone and message for each format and platform, while keeping everything consistent with Refine's voice

Work closely with the graphic designer, writing copy that fits the layout and supports the message

Apply a working understanding of how real estate is marketed and sold, so every piece of copy supports the commercial goal behind it

Social Media

Own Refine India's social media presence end to end: planning, scheduling, and managing the content calendar across platforms

Write and publish posts and captions in a voice that feels current and on-brand

Track trends, formats, and competitor activity in the Indian real estate and lifestyle space, and turn what's working into fresh ideas for Refine India's channels

Monitor performance and engagement, adjusting content and approach based on what's actually landing

Coordinate with the design team so content goes out on schedule and looks the part

What You Bring

Experience as a copywriter, social media manager, or content marketer, ideally with some exposure to real estate or a related industry

A portfolio showing range across copy and social content, formats and platforms

A sharp eye for trends and a good instinct for what resonates with a real estate audience in India

Strong organisational skills, comfortable owning a content calendar and juggling multiple deliverables at once

A working understanding of how real estate projects are sold, and how content supports that

Excellent written English, with the ability to adapt tone across formats

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Comfortable working closely with a graphic designer and taking direction from the wider marketing team
