Content Marketing Manager

About The Role

This is a high-ownership content role at a fast-growing AI voice and phone automation company serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will define how US-market customers discover, understand, and trust the product, shaping messaging across every stage of the customer journey alongside a lean, ambitious team.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, from awareness to conversion.
• Write and maintain website and landing page copy optimized for US audiences.
• Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social campaigns.
• Build and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
• Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to continuously improve messaging performance.
• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing software environment.
• Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US-market tone and cultural nuance.
• Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Hands-on experience writing copy for paid channels such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social formats.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data, A/B tests, and performance insights to iterate.
• Experience with user research or collaborating with influencers and customers to shape messaging.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
