Content & Digital Marketing Executive Department: Marketing & Growth Employment Type: Full-time, 6-day work week Location: Chennai (covering Chennai, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur & Chengalpattu) Role Overview We are looking for a creative, growth-focused Content & Digital Marketing Executive to build Roofglow's local brand presence and directly drive qualified leads. Beyond content, you own our entire digital presence and every channel that generates leads — and you're expected to personally convert a share of the enquiries your own content brings in, not just hand them off. Key Responsibilities *Content Creation & Video Editing* - Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video reels, customer testimonials, and installation showcases across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta, and LinkedIn. - Ensure every piece meets a consistent quality bar — clean colour correction, clear audio, and tight pacing — and is delivered on time. - Visit installation sites, coordinating with the Installation & Execution Supervisor, to capture footage. *Lead Generation & Campaign Management* - Set up and optimize localized Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns to genera
