Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator Fresher role based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in the creation of visual and written content for social media, websites, and promotional materials, following brand guidelines and creative direction. The Content Creator will support brainstorming sessions, help plan content calendars, capture photos or short videos, and collaborate with designers and marketing team members to refine concepts. Day-to-day tasks include drafting captions, basic editing of visuals, organizing assets, and monitoring content performance with guidance from senior team members. The position is designed for individuals starting their careers, with mentorship and opportunities to learn new tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, web, and basic marketing materials.
• Basic visual content skills, such as simple photo or video capture and familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Canva or entry-level video editors).
• Interest in branding, storytelling, and understanding audience needs to support content planning and campaign ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and proofread content for clarity and accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to accept feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, on-site studio environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Communications, Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
• Passion for creative work, comfort-focused products, lifestyle content, and a desire to learn new creative tools and techniques.
