Consultant - HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, offer rollout, and follow-up until joining.
• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for freshers, including walk-in drives and campus hiring.
• Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes for campus recruitment.
• Coordinate logistics for walk-in and campus drives: venue, registrations, candidate communication, assessments, and interview panels.
• Run first-round screening of candidates for communication skills, basic aptitude, role fit, and salary expectations.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements and close positions within agreed timelines.
• Keep to the hiring turnaround time (TAT) and manage candidate drop-offs through regular follow-up.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in MBA/PGDM in HR.
• Candidate from Consultancy background is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
• Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Proven experience handling fresher hiring through walk-in drives and campus recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
• Willing to work on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months and to travel to colleges or hiring venues when required.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
