Consultant – CFO & Management Advisory Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Semi-Qualified CMA to join our Strategic Finance & CFO Services team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and client CFOs to drive business profitability, streamline financial operations, and provide data-driven management insights. You will bridge the gap between core accounting and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• CFO Services & Financial Governance
• Assist in overseeing the complete financial health of client organizations.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage corporate cash flows, working capital cycles, and fund allocations.
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic business decisions and fundraising initiatives.
• Management Services & Strategic Insights
• Design, implement, and maintain customized Management Information Systems (MIS) dashboards.
• Conduct detailed variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget) and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Map, review, and optimize internal financial processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Profitability & Cost Optimization
• Analyze product, service, and divisional profitability to identify revenue leakages and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement advanced cost accounting methodologies (e.g., Activity-Based Costing, Standard Costing) to refine pricing strategies.
• Conduct break-even analysis and margin optimization reviews across business units.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit cycles.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (GST, Direct Tax, and relevant corporate laws).
• Identify financial and operational risks and assist in designing strong internal control frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: CMA Intermediate cleared
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in Cost & Management Accounting principles, financial modeling, and corporate finance.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling formulas)
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent data interpretation skills with the ability to translate numbers into business stories.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights to C-suite executives and clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
