Construction / Site Supervisor

Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site execution of residential/commercial building projects. Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Manage and monitor labour productivity and daily work allocation. Verify measurements and maintain site progress records. Ensure timely availability of materials and prevent wastage. Conduct quality inspections and rectify deviations immediately. Maintain strict adherence to safety practices and site discipline. Report daily progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer/Project Manager. We're Looking For Someone Who HasTechnical SkillsSound knowledge of building construction methods. Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings. Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, bar bending schedules, and quality control. Understanding of construction materials and their applications. Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and estimation. Familiarity with construction safety practices. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for reporting. Preferred QualificationDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred) ITI with relevant building construction experience may also apply. Experience 2–6 years of experience in residential or commercial building construction. Experience in supervising multi-storey building projects will be an added advantage.
