Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Quantity Surveying and Construction Management Skills
• Strong understanding of construction methods and procedures.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in India.
