Conference Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Conference Marketing Executive to promote our conferences and events, engage prospective delegates, and drive registrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable managing outreach, enquiries, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote conferences through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
• Connect with prospective delegates, explain event details, and follow up on registrations.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update enquiry and registration statuses.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaign communication and lead follow-ups.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activity, responses, and registrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain event offerings clearly and build professional relationships.
• Good follow-up, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work towards registration targets.

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Experience in conference marketing, delegate acquisition, or event sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp campaigns, or email marketing tools.
• Exposure to the architecture, design, or building materials industry.
• Immediate availability to join.
