Communications Manager

• Draft professional emails, quotations, commercial letters, and business proposals.
• Handle tender documentation, GeM portal activities, vendor registrations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare price offers, rate revisions, freight calculations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and senior management.
• Monitor purchase orders, dispatches, delivery schedules, and order completion.
• Handle customer complaints, quality-related issues, and commercial discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, and performance certificates.
• Maintain Excel trackers, commercial records, and management reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
• Understanding of commercial documentation, tenders, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience: Tender management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
