Co-Founder (Software Engineer)

We are MODERN US HEALTH (part of MODERN US GROUP), a US-based, doctor-founded healthcare company. We specialize in EHR integrations, telehealth, and AI-driven clinical support to transform patient care and streamline healthcare workflows.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder (Software Engineer) based in Bengaluru to lead the technical development of our new flagship project: myDoctor AI App (myDoctor.social)

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Lead full-stack development for the myDoctor AI App, building scalable SaaS solutions that integrate seamlessly with major EHR systems.
• Product Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional US and India clinical teams to map out product roadmaps, data security, and interoperability protocols.
• Scale the Team: Establish technical standards, conduct code reviews, and hire the initial engineering team in Bengaluru.
• Cross-Industry Expansion: Explore technical integration and leadership across new portfolio ventures in travel and consumer tech.

What We’re Looking For

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in full-stack backend development (Node.js, Python, Java) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Healthcare Integration: Hands-on experience with APIs, HL7, FHIR, or EHR integrations in regulated environments.
• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of HIPAA, data security, and healthcare privacy standards.
• Founder Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a product, sales, and go-to-market orientation.

Role Details

• Location: Bengaluru (On-site build for the initial launch phase).
• Type: Full-time executive engineering role with equity/co-founder scope.
