• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy
• Identify new markets, industries and opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships
• Define the agency's positioning and service portfolio
• Contribute to major business decisions

SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION

• Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline
• Acquire and onboard new clients
• Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs and decision-makers
• Develop scalable lead-generation and sales systems
• Create a strong client acquisition engine

MARKETING & BRAND

• Build the agency's own brand and online presence
• Develop content and marketing strategies
• Establish the agency as a trusted growth partner
• Build campaigns that generate visibility, leads and authority
• Explore AI-powered marketing and automation

TEAM BUILDING

• Help build the founding team
• Recruit sales, marketing, creative and performance professionals
• Develop a high-performance culture
• Build systems and SOPs for scalable growth
• Lead and mentor team members
