CNC Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

(1) Maintain SAP data, standard operation hours, and define production routing.

(2) Develop machining & assembly SOP documents for India plant.

(3) On-site process control and troubleshooting for production at India plant.

(4) Drive continuous process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

(5) Quality control and machine delivery assurance.

Job Requirements

(1) Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechatronics, CNC Technology, Material Forming & Control Engineering or related disciplines.

(2) Solid theoretical knowledge in manufacturing technology, CNC machining principles, tolerance & fits; proficient in mechanical drawing reading.

(3) Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in CNC machine tool industry (Vertical Machining Center preferred), familiar with full process of component machining and machine assembly.

(4) Proficient in CAD and 3D software (Creo preferred); capable of preparing process documents and simple fixture design independently.

(5) Skilled in CNC parameter optimization, precision control and failure troubleshooting; familiar with general machine structure and core component characteristics.

(6) Hands-on experience with SAP, familiar with rules for work hour and production routing setup.

(7) Fluent verbal communication in either Chinese or English.

(8)Accept long-term business travel / overseas assignment; good cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
