CNC Machine Setter

• Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Set tools, offsets, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Perform tool setting and job setting accurately.
• Check first-piece components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining processes and maintain required quality standards.
• Identify and rectify basic machine, tooling, and dimensional issues.
• Maintain production targets, quality, and minimum rejection levels.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
