The Solution Architect should be able to show exemplary leadership and management traits to ensure the highest quality of service delivery while meeting contractual obligations and exceeding targets; should be able to lead and drive large enterprise-level engagements with complex automation initiatives and management of the project according to the given timelines, cost and without compromising the quality. Responsibilities - Ensures high availability of all environments and the achievement of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) - Defines the Service Operations Processes for AWS Cloud solutions - Production support and operations of Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security) and Applications (Distributed, Middleware, Databases across all tiers) - Coordinate internal activities across the company and our cloud partners, ensuring achievement of the above responsibilities - Innovate and actively look for improvements to Cloud Operations - Identify and promote best practices and patterns for the setup, configuration and management including databases, servers, and network and storage systems - Maintain a team-oriented working environment that promotes a high level of personal commitment and accountability and a continued focus on quality and efficiency Requirements The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in emerging cloud technologies. This includes but is not limited to App Modernization, DevOps Automations, and SRE on public cloud.
