Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Requirements

"Job Summary: We are hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support AKS operations for hospital platforms. The role focuses on real-time monitoring, incident handling and operational stability to ensure uninterrupted availability of patient-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

AKS Operations & Administration

Perform day-to-day AKS cluster management and administration.

Support AKS patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Execute cluster scaling and deployment support.

Monitoring & Alert Management

Monitor cluster, node, and pod health continuously.

Manage real-time alerts and escalation workflows.

Support observability through Elastic dashboards and monitoring tools.

Exposure to Dynatrace or any other APM tools.

Incident Management

Handle L2 incident management, including triaging, workarounds and resolution.

Ensure rapid response to production issues impacting healthcare applications.

Collaborate with L3 teams for complex incident resolution and RCA.

Capacity & Optimization

Assist in resource tuning and workload optimization.

Support capacity planning for peak hospital workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AKS and Kubernetes fundamentals

Experience in L2 support & CloudOps

Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, ELK)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes objects, and AKS operations
