About The Role

Job Title: L2 Cloud Ops Support

Job Description: L2 Cloud Ops Support

Yrs of exp:- 5+

Location:- Kormangala, Bangalore, hybrid mode

Responsibilities Will Include

• Experience in DevOps and infrastructure stack automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, managing production-scale environments.
• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform, including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and security services.
• Proven experience designing and operating modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and a willingness to learn how AI can improve SDLC efficiency and developer experience
• Curiosity and initiative – eager to learn and explore new technologies.
• Ability to analyze information and display strong attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in Agile teams and communicating effectively (both verbal and written).
• Understanding of cloud security principles, identity and access management, and enterprise best practices.
• Experience supporting cloud-native architectures (serverless, containers, APIs, event-driven systems).
• Proficient in Git-based source control workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews).
• Understanding of secrets management and data protection strategies.
• Strong documentation habits (standards, READMEs, architecture notes).
