Cloud DevOps Team Lead (Azure OR AWS, Terraform)

Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for designing, building, and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. This role will drive secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery while providing technical leadership and hands-on contribution across cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, containerization, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Cloud DevOps team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design, deploy, manage, and support cloud infrastructure using Azure OR AWS, including provisioning, lifecycle management, scalability, and recovery support.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Design, build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab OR Jenkins OR GitHub Actions OR Azure DevOps.
• Drive automation initiatives and develop infrastructure and operational automation using Python OR Shell scripting and Terraform.
• Implement and support containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish and maintain DevOps best practices to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes, improve release quality, and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-enabled development and DevOps capabilities, including GitHub Copilot OR AI technologies, to improve productivity and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Experience

• Minimum of seven years of experience in DevOps and Infrastructure.
• Experience working in large-scale or enterprise cloud environments.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD implementations.
