About the Role

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager – Sales to join our Navi Mumbai team. The role involves lead management, client relationship building, sales conversion, follow-ups, and coordination with designers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new enquiries and respond to leads promptly.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with active, inactive, and cold leads.
• Understand customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare preliminary estimates and coordinate with designers.
• Follow up for token, part, and final payments.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/database.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and collect client feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Confident in making outbound calls.
• Good organizational and relationship-management skills.
• Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in interiors, real estate, furniture, home improvement, or B2C sales is preferred.
