About the role

We're looking for our sixth team member. You'll be the person clients talk to first and the one who makes them feel heard. You will join client meetings with our team, make warm follow-up calls, and help the right clients say yes by listening first.

How we help

Start by listening

You do not need to know the tech. You need to listen well, ask kind questions and write down what a client really wants.

Talk to us about it

What you'll do

• Join client calls and meetings with us and take clear notes
• Make friendly follow-up calls to people who asked about our work
• Reply to enquiries on WhatsApp and email, with the team's support
• Turn a client's idea into a simple brief for our team
• Learn how websites, ads, SEO and AI automation work, step by step

Who you are

• You love talking to people and you're good at it: clear, warm, patient
• You listen first and you genuinely like helping
• You're comfortable making phone calls
• You speak clearly in English (Hindi is a bonus)
• You live in or near Delhi NCR

No degree needed, or any degree. We care about how you talk and listen.

You don't need tech knowledge. We'll teach you.
