Civil Project Engineer Requirement In Chennai - Immediate (India)

Job Description:Universal Builders & Developers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential building construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Honesty and Integrity are non-negotiable.Key Responsibilities:Ø Site Supervision: To handle 4- 5 projects independently and conduct regular site meeting with respective Site Engineer, inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Ø Collaboration: Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Ø Technical Support: To follow Company’s process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise in office.Ø Documentation: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.Ø Quality Control: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain the quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.Ø Safety Management: To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain PPE kid at site by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Internet reimbursement- Life insurance- Paid sick timeWork Location: In person
