Salary: 25K45K a month

Plan, execute, and supervise factory construction and industrial civil projects.

Manage civil works, including foundations, flooring, structural works, roofing, and industrial building construction.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimations, material requirements, and project reports.

Monitor project costs, material usage, and manpower deployment.

Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and structural plans.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.

Maintain site records, work progress reports, and relevant project documentation.

Compensation: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
