Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.

Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and other site documentation.

Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of completed work.

• Ensure proper execution of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
• Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and BOQs.
• Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and material planning.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and work within deadlines.
