Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations of Natraj Energy Limited, ensuring strong financial governance and sustainable growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hathras and includes managing financial planning and budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. The CFO will lead the finance team, establish internal controls, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership on investment, cost optimization, and risk management initiatives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and maintaining effective relationships with banks, auditors, and key external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance foundation with expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
• Comfort with financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
