Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Billionaire Ways India. This position manages financial planning and budgeting, supervises preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders. The CFO leads finance and accounting teams, implements internal controls, and supports compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, assessing financial risks, guiding investment and funding decisions, and providing strategic insights to support corporate growth and operational efficiency. The CFO collaborates closely with senior leadership and project teams to align financial strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance background with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and strategic financial management.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, taxation, and corporate governance in India.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, and/or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) are highly beneficial.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-based industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
