Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team, working across Virtual CFO (VCFO) Advisory, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax engagements. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of managing client relationships, delivering advisory insights, and ensuring end-to-end tax and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• VCFO Advisory
• Act as a virtual CFO for client engagements — MIS reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Oversee and supervise the client's accounting function, ensuring process integrity, and collaborate closely with their internal finance team to drive accuracy and compliance
• Review and analyze financial statements to provide strategic business insights
• Design and implement internal financial controls and SOPs
• Assist clients with business restructuring, costing, and profitability analysis
• Direct Tax
• Handle income tax return filings for individuals, firms, and corporates
• Manage tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and assessments
• Draft submissions and represent clients before tax authorities (CIT(A), ITAT, etc.)
• Advise on tax planning, TDS compliance, and corporate tax strategy
• Keep updated with amendments in the Income Tax Act and advise clients proactively
• Indirect Tax
• Manage GST compliance — registrations, returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C), reconciliations
• Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices/replies
• Advise clients on GST structuring, input tax credit optimization, and classification issues
• Represent clients in GST appeals and litigation matters
• Monitor changes in GST law/notifications and ensure client compliance

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
