Chartered Accountant(AIF and PMS Concurrent Audits) (India)

• Plan and execute risk-based audits covering investment lifecycle, NAV, and investor transactions
• Review onboarding (KYC/AML), deal execution, valuation, Bank Reco, Reco of Holding statement, Trade Recon, etc.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF/PMS regulations and internal policies
• Daily Supervise audit team member and review working papers.
• Perform daily Quality Check of the work done by the team members
• Provide guidance to team member on any amendment or recent circular issued and audit-related matters.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and perform audit testing
• Prepare audit reports with observations, risks, and recommendations
• Track closure of audit findings and escalate critical issues
• Coordinate with fund managers, operations, and compliance teams
• Daily status update to the Partner
