About Us

ReDi Solutions Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognized startup building ReDi Cloud Accounting Pro, a live, multi-tenant SaaS platform for CA firms and MSMEs across India. The founder is a practicing Chartered Accountant who personally architected the product. We're live, serving real users, and scaling fast. This is a tech-first accounting company, not a traditional firm.

The Role

You'll be our first CA hire working at the intersection of compliance and product. This isn't a back-office filing job. You'll directly shape how thousands of CAs and businesses use our software.

What you'll own

• Product validation: Get hands-on with the ReDi platform (GST, billing, reconciliation, audit modules). Break things, find bugs, validate compliance logic, and train users and internal teams.
• Practice operations: Own the day-to-day: GST filings, IT filings, and audits, start to finish. Real client work, real deadlines.
• Project finance: Project reports, CMA data, loan proposals, bank/NBFC coordination.
• Team leadership: Review and guide accounting staff. Keep things accurate, compliant, and on time.

What we're looking for

• Qualified CA with 3+ years of practice experience
• Strong in GST, Income Tax, and audit
• Genuinely enjoys technology and learning new tools (you'll be living inside our software daily)
• Detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes independently
