Role: Chartered Accountant (CA) US Accounting / US GAAP

Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad

Work mode: Work from Office

What youll do

• Manage and review accounting operations: general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations
• Prepare, review and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Lead month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and on time
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements
• Investigate variances and discrepancies and recommend corrective action
• Support internal and external audits (schedules, documentation, records)
• Monitor financial controls and improve accounting workflows
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting issues

Who were looking for

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
• Hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing and financial controls
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Able to work independently, juggle priorities and meet deadlines

Good to have

• US Accounting / US GAAP experience
• KPO, outsourcing or international client experience
• Odoo ERP or similar ERP exposure
• Multi-client accounting experience
