Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to support our Sales Department by providing taxation expertise, resolving technical queries, and helping sales teams improve their understanding of tax-related products and services. The candidate will work closely with Sales Agents, Team Leaders, and Managers to enhance customer confidence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide taxation-related guidance and support to Sales Teams, Team Leaders, and Managers.
  • Clarify customer and sales team queries related to Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and other statutory matters.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs for sales teams.
  • Assist sales teams during customer discussions and presentations whenever technical taxation expertise is required.
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and taxation-related content.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities for improving product knowledge and sales conversions.
  • Help resolve complex customer cases requiring taxation expertise.
  • Contribute to sales growth by improving the team's technical understanding and confidence.

Eligibility

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Company Compliance, and related regulations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex taxation concepts in a simple and practical manner.
  • Prior experience in training, consulting, taxation advisory, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operational teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in conducting webinars, workshops, or training programs.
