Kenford Oakwood Personnel is hiring a Character Design & Design Systems Key Animator for Ed-Tech in Kollam, Kollam district. This is a part time position.

What you will do

• Establish visual hierarchy that guides attention to what matters.
• Maintain asset libraries so nothing is recreated twice.
• Track design debt and schedule work to reduce it.
• Run usability sessions and change the design based on what you observe.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers.
• Mentor colleagues and raise the standard of craft across the team.
• Work with engineers through implementation, not just at handover.
