Your responsibilities

Sales Manager for Built-in Appliances is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in the Kitchen Retailer segment.
• Identify new business opportunities across metro and emerging markets
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with kitchen dealers, trade partners
• Manage debtors / collections per BSH policy
• Monitor industry trends, pricing movements, and competitive activity in the Indian premium appliance market.

Your profile

• 8–15 years of sales experience in premium/built-in appliances, modular kitchens, interior solutions, or high-end consumer durables.
• Proven track record managing trade channels and driving premium brand sales in India.
• Experience interacting with architects, designers, developers, and upscale retail partners.
