Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a commercial, capital-markets-ready CFO who understands media economics, content and sports rights, institutional investor expectations, and modern finance environments.

• Act as financial co-pilot to the CEO
• Lead private placement discussions with DFIs and institutional investors
• Drive listing readiness
• Translate content, sports, and audience dynamics into financial outcomes
• Strengthen governance, controls, and regional finance discipline

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15 20+ years of progressive senior finance experience
• Currently or previously : Group CFO / CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director / Regional Finance Director
• Experience in media, broadcasting, digital platforms, telecom-adjacent, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses
• Proven exposure to capital raising, private placements, or IPO / listing preparation
• Hands-on experience managing multi-country or regional operations
• Strong Board and Audit Committee interaction experience
