C&F; (Clearing & Forwarding) Manager

Position : C&F; Manager

Job Summary : Responsible for managing import/export logistics, customs clearance, freight operations, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee customs clearance and import/export documentation.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Ensure timely clearance, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.

Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.

Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and other regulatory requirements.

Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges.

Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, duties, and logistics expenses.

Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers.

Lead and supervise the C&F; and logistics team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Clearing & Forwarding, Import-Export, or Logistics Management.

Robust knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and freight operations.

Positive negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Reporting To : Director.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
